This Nigella Lawson Chicken in a Pot with Lemon & Orzo recipe is a great alternative to chicken noodle soup. It is a very flavorful and beautiful dish that is incredibly comforting, especially with all of the colds and seasonal allergies that are happening right now.

The blackened cod was really juicy and had a great flavor, and the lemon ginger mayo was FULL of flavor with the soy sauce, ginger, lemon, and honey, and the cucumber salad balanced everything out by being very refreshing and crunchy with a hint of sweetness.

I am topping the dough with a super bright homemade tomato sauce, Jarlsberg cheese & fresh mozzarella, and then finish with some slices of pepperoni & a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
